I'm Emily Oestreicher, a fractional CMO and marketing strategist based in California and New York.

I've spent 15 years leading marketing and communications across industries. I've built teams, launched brands, and turned messy marketing operations into something that actually works.

I started Alder Strategy because I kept seeing the same problem: smart, growing companies with real potential, stuck because they didn't have the right marketing leadership in place. That's exactly the gap I fill.
